This 7 Minute at home workout will help you get slimmer thighs and legs in no time!

Welcome back loves! This week, you will be doing a 7 minute workout to target the legs and thighs. It might sound short, but trust me it is intense and really burns the thighs.
Complete the whole routine once a day and if you want to burn fat, then combine with a fat burning, cardio workout on my channel and a balanced diet

I did this workout five times a week for three weeks, and the results are great. I am a teenager and I have never been more confident than I am now. If you're reading this go do this workout it's worth it!

I don't know why I feel too weak to lift my legs at the last workout... No pain no gain I know it will be worth it I tried before some other thigh workout but I can't see any difference Hoping it will help me....

Im a teenager (yes a teenager,and you might be thinking YOU DONT NEED SLIMMER LEGS YOU ARE A CHILD,but Im doing this to be healthier and to be confident in myself) I don't have much hope cause I tried EVERYTHING and my thighs are just so stubborn,stretch marks are appearing and I feel so insecure,having thick thighs sounds cool but most of the time its not. I'll update after like 2-3 weeks,remind me sometimes if you can.

Do you just try leg workouts? Bec if you just try that then it’s going to be very hard to see changes . In order to see changes in your legs/thighs you have to work out all body parts not just your legs. If you do so then I’m pretty sure your gonna see changes in your body overall including your legs. So if your doing this try throwing in cardio and other workouts. Make sure to eat healthy./well balanced meals. Also since you’re a teen puberty might play a role in this. When I started getting stretch marks I also started to feel insecure but then I learned to just accept them Bec who cares what other people think of them. They are just red/coloured lines and that shouldn’t get in the of how I/you should view your body. I wish you luck!!!

See, the reason I stopped is because I was at a point where I was struggling with my mental health, and I have been for a while. So, some people stop because they stopped doing the work out or something came up.

having a thigh gap actually doesn’t depend as much on how skinny/toned your legs are than on how wide your hips are, so please be careful and don’t push yourself too much because it really just comes down to your natural body shape :)

That means your body is not circulating well. You should do cardio or even just walking a lot.

I change my mind I'm going do this workout for 30 day and I will update everyday if I don’t forget and I do everything one time. My thighs are: 53cm My calves are: 34cm Day 1: ✅ it was good after the workout I feel like my legs we’re shaking and burning but it was all fine. Day 2: ✅ this was also a successful but I felt the pain in my legs when I was walking. But all fine. Day 3: ✅ sorry for a late update I forgot to do it and it is also late here but I still did it. it went good I felt the burning in my legs and in the morning when I was walking downstairs. Day 4: ✅ I had a little busy day. I've walk a lot so I felt the pain but it was okay. I was kinda proud about that cuze then I know I did a good job and I also realized that the workout became easier so I was also really proud about that. Ps: I will measure my legs at the 10th day to see if there has something change. Day 5: Rest Day Day 6: ✅ I was today really tired to do the workout cuze yesterday last night I was learning the hole night but I still try it. Day 7: ✅ this workout was great. I felt less more pain since I took the "rest day" and I also just felt more better so yeah can't wait for the next workout! Day 8: ✅This workout went also great I also felt more comfortable and I feel less more pain in the morning so yeah. Day 9: ✅ I’m excited for tomorrow cause then I’m going to measure my legs. Hopefully something has change 🤞and btw the workout went great and it also became kinda more easier. Ps: I will tomorrow only measure my thighs cause I found three days ago that this workout was more meant for thighs. Day 10: Rest day. So I have measured my thighs they are both 49,5 cm now and before they were 53 cm. I'm very proud of myself!! I seriously didn't expect that it would change that much. Day 11: ✅ I almost forgot to do the workout bc I had a busy day but today's workout went great it felt great. I didn't felt much pain in the morning just bc of the rest day that I took. Day 12: ✅I seriously went almost to bed without doing the workout my bad 🤗 so I’ve been thinking to do the workout early like in the morning or maybe later but we will see. Day 13: ✅ so this time I didn’t forgot it. Yeah!! By this workout I felt less more burning does that mean good or wrong? Ps: thank y’all for the support it always make my day with those lovely supports!! Love y’all 💕 Day 14: Rest day, Guys I'm really sorry for not updating and I also kinda forgot everything so sorry 😣 but I will catch everything tomorrow and trying not to forget it. Day 15: ✅ This workout went better then I thought and this time I kinda felt the burning in my thighs. Day 16: ✅ this time I really felt the burning and I was happy about because I kinda miss it haha. Can’t wait for tomorrow! Day 17: ✅ in the morning my legs didn't hurt like in the beginning they felt like just normally and this workout went great. Day 18: ✅ This workout went also great I felt the burning very much by the last two exercises but it felt great tbh. Day 19: ✅ this workout went better then I thought and it also become more easier then first. Ps: I will measure my thighs on the 30th day. Day 20: Rest day. I don't really feel good I will try tomorrow. Day 21: ✅ I feel a lot better and the workout went also great so yeah. Can’t wait for the next workout! Day 22: ✅ by the last two exercises I felt the burning so much but it was all fine it kinda felt great for some reason. Day 23: ✅ for some reason I really like to do this workout it also kinda feel great to do some exercise. Ps: so uhm I’m going to take a shot on Tuesday that’s is on 27th July and I don’t know if I can still do the workout because I will get muscle pain of it but we will see. Day 24: ✅ the last two exercises went better then I thought I usually always struggle with the last two exercises but this time not. Day 25: ✅ I’m beginning to like this workout it’s feels really great to do some workout for my thighs and the workout went great can’t wait for the next workout. Day 26: Rest Day Day 27: I forgot to say that I went on a vacation this 4 days so I couldn't do the workout there, sorry Day 28: on a vacation Day 29: on a vacation Day 30: on a vacation My thighs are 48 cm both and I will keep going with the workout but I won't update here anymore so thanks y'all for the support, likes and kindness love ya!!! ❤️ ❤️

So if there's anyone else out there who literally dies during the plie squats like me, I have found that if i say (either out loud or in my head) "down, Rest, down, rest" as I come up and down. I know it sounds silly, but I think it is just telling my brain that I am at rest. Again, it sounds stupid but it really does help to stop the horrible burning. Also, with some of the exercises she does go quote fast, like the squats, so don't feel bad if you need to slow down. I sure as heck do.

Same. Im 5.5 and 102 lbs and my thighs look like Im 200lbs and shot with a b b gun. I have no idea how to thin them. I bike have a vibration plate and do ballet thigh excersizes and nothing changes.

I swear to God this is the best thigh workout I have ever done! ❤ I have always struggled with having thick thighs and I had tried over 50 leg/ thigh workouts, all of them were either too long or were just not worth it. Then I found this, short and super duper effective. I request u to do this exercise religiously for 2 weeks and u yourself will be amazed by the results!!!! Ps: her 8 min abs workout is also AmAZInG

I have been doing this workout along with Holly's No Jumping HIIT workout for 5 days a week for the past 2 months. Only change to my diet, is that I have also been skipping breakfast. I am super strong now and have lost 27 lbs! Thank you, Holly!! You've made my weight loss journey so simple!

@@eva6480 well actually I didn't because my lifestyle was already super healthy like I ate and still eat 95% of the time healthy. It's my lifestyle but you may have some unhealthy things though. You have to eat like 80% healthy and 20% you can have some food you love to have. What I also did was the killer HIIT workout from Heather Robinson and rope skipping which really helped me for reducing belly fat.

Are you sure you measured correctly? Or did you mean to say 2 months instead of 2 weeks? It's really not possible to lose almost 3 inches off your thighs in only two weeks. That would take several months.

@@Natalie37854 I did measure it correctly like 100%, I was really shocked too. It's not that difficult to lose fat off your body if it's pure fat, it's also because of the food I ate because I lost almost all of my belly fat just because I ate nothing else but only healthy. Probably I lost it so quickly because like I said I did a lot of HIIT workouts and rope skipping and dancing. I heard other stories who were the same as mine. I lost quit a lot kilograms too.

Not sure how long I’m supposed to do this for, but I’ll start with 1 week. I’ll update you guys: Day 1: ✅ wasn’t too hard, but my thighs definitely burned lol. Day 2: ✅ for some reason my knees really hurt today, and the video kept pausing, but I tried my best Day 3: ✅ I really didn’t want to do it today lol, but I did it! Day 4: ✅ my internet was out last night, but I was able to memorize the exercises lol! I was so proud for some reason haha Day 5: ✅ I’m proud that I’ve done 5 days in a row haha Day 6: ❌ I’m sorry, I couldn’t do it because I slept over at a friends house and forgot to do it before. I’ll do it for 8 days now instead of 7. Day 7: ✅ I think I did really good today!! After I do it tomorrow I’ll try to do an update on how it’s actually working Day 8: ❌NO I HAD ANOTHER SLEEPOVER AND FORGOT AGAIN lol I’ll just do another day again lol Day 9: ✅ ok so today was my 7h day, but it’s night rn so I’ll try to do an actual update tomorrow UPDATE #1: I don’t really see too much progress visibly tbh, but that could have to do with skipping two days. However, I definitely feel different. The exercises feel like they are getting easier, so I’m assuming my orgs are getting stronger. My legs don’t look like they are getting slimmer yet, but I’ll keep going. I’ll do another update after 7 more days. Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ really hurt my knees tho (gosh I really have knee problems) Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ 3 more days until another update! Lol Day 14: ❌ shoot why do I keep having sleepovers and forgetting to do it Day 15: ✅ two more days and I’ll do a second update Day 16: ✅ I’ll try to do another update after I do it tomorrow 😁 Day 17: ✅ it’s night right now and I, about to go to bed so I’ll do the update tomorrow morning or afternoon! UPDATE #2: I’m still not really seeing any changes in my legs visibly, however the this workout has been getting easier still, so I def think they are continuing to get stronger. I don’t know if I am not seeing visible results yet just because I had three days that I missed, if it just hasn’t been long enough yet, or if this workout just isn’t for me. So I’m really sorry to say this, but I am going to do another week or two and if I am still not seeing any results I might switch to a different one. Also, thank you to those who have left encouraging replies and made me feel better about doing this! Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ❌ nooooo I fell asleep downstairs and woke up at 4:30, forgot to do it Day 21: ✅ was so tired lol but I did it! Day 22: ✅

i’m 5’8 and 120 pounds. my thighs are 52 cm to start i’ll update eat day. day 1: went by way faster then i thought, wasn’t super hard. i did it twice day 2: i did it twice, wasn’t too bad day 3: complete. not sore at all, feels easier day 4: havnt really noticed a difference yet but it gets easier every time ! day 5: complete! i don’t notice a big difference yet but my measurements have gone down 1 cm day 6: complete. my legs were a little sore today day 7: skipped bc i was at a wedding all day day 8: did it twice to make up for yesterday. i see no difference in my legs yet but i’m gonna keep going

I'm 13 years old and 163 cm tall. From today I start the workout for probably 2 weeks. Thigh (thickest point): R/60cm, L/59.5cm Lower leg (thickest point): R/34cm, L/33.5cm Week 1 Day 1: ✅ Easy! Day 2: ✅ hi i'm back I was on vacation for 2 weeks and only did the workout from time to time at the beginning. But since I want to do it consistently, I'll start again from scratch. But what might also be very important is that I lost 2 kilos on vacation and remain in a calorie deficit. Update time. Started this exercise on January, still doing it, not every second day anymore but I got my results. My pants went from size XL to Medium. If here are people who want better legs for summer, then this video is totally recommended!! 💕💕💕 I already know this isn't going to get likes, but I could really use the workout anyway! Day 1- Ughh This was so hard but ✔ Day 2- MUCH harder then I suspected. Inner thighs burn! Must be working 🤗🤗 ✔ Day 3- Wasn't sore today either, but today was hard too ( Legs feel tighter already! ) ✔ Day 4: No one is Liking this comment, but it helps me keep motivated 😟 The last workout was easier this time! 🥳✌️ OMG I don't look at my youtube notifications and didn't even see the likes! Please stop with the hate please, this should be a place to motivate others and not hate! I did find results i just wasn't updating because i was watching the video on my TV after I ran on the treadmill. Yes, I did stop for a VERY long time but i did see results and i definitely recommend! I will try this again and give more updates! Thank you so so much!

I’m gonna document on my results Day 1: of course nothing miraculous has happened YET but I’m definitely tired as hell but it’s all worth it in the end:) Day 2: pretty much the same as yesterday but I feel like I’m not getting the last one right but what’s not to say I’ll get better at it within a few more days Day 3: my legs are feeling tighter already but no big physical change yet Day 4: legs still feel tight but that means we’re getting somewhere! Day 5: sorry guys! I was staying away for a trip overnight but I still did it with a friend! My legs looking a lot more toned so excited to see how it looks within a week Day 6: heyooo I’m currently about to start but when I was away for that day I was going out for lunch having dinner and stuff and I lost my sense of will power and made some silly decisions by eating very unhealthy food which I regret:( I feel like I’ve fallen all they way back to day 1 but that’s just how I feel mentally but when I look into the mirror I do see some good results, I’ve also set a goal for two months! Excited to share my journey and hopefully really good results- oh and I’ve got the last one correct because it’s BURNED LIKE HELL but all good! Day 7: it’s become 1 week and I do see results but just not to my potential so I will continue I will be using her videos and do full body workouts through the 2 months and I’ll need to get a scale and some measuring tape for some accurate results I do believe it’s working but I also need to change my diet unless I want to see crazy results so I’ll see y’all tomorrow! Day 8: Had a salad today with some rice for dinner! (Cucumber, tomato’s, carrots, red onion and celery) celery is a good fat burning especially in smoothies with cucumbers and green apples:D hydrating detox but just finished the work out i did it early and feel very refreshed with what I ate:) Day 9: my legs are starting to look a lot slimmer Day 10: my legs are so much more toned but still not as slim as I’d like them to be Day 11: lower part of my thighs look slimmer but the top inner thighs are still just about the same so I’m going to add upper thigh workouts to my 2 months:)) Day 12: I’m gonna start doing 3 reps for hopefully better results but definitely starting to see a difference Day 13: only did 2 today:( but still better than me doing 1-take it back gonna do it 1 more time before bed Day 14: wow 2 weeks, definitely seeing some results but need to get my upper thigh to transform as well as the rest Day 15: definitely looking a lot slimmer from last week Day 16: my sleep cycle is messed up and I only did 1 rep but I’ve noticed a change in my waist it keep in mind I do go to the gym and do lots of cardio Day 17: I didn’t do anything stupidly because it’s that time of month and I have terrible cramps and feel super sloppy:(( but I’ll be doing it today so I’ll update later today:)) Day 18: Day 19: Day 20: Day 21: Day 22: yes I am still doing this I’ve had no WiFi for a few days, someone asked if my thighs are bulking up and for me not really the muscle is tensed up and I do think it will begin to bulk the longer I do it so I think a few inner thigh workouts and cardio will even it out especially diet as well Day 23: Day 24: Day 25: Day 26: Day 27: Day 28: boom WiFi is back I’m still doing this if your wondering who else’s workouts I’m doing it’s Gabrielle Whites very intense but good results I stretch before and sometimes after Day??? : ive completely lost track of the days but I’m still doing it and my results are great but I think I can get to better. I haven’t been updating simply because I don’t know what to say my results don’t change drastically every 24 hours so I feel like I’m repeating myself but I’m going to finish on the end of June and hopefully my results are how I would like them Day 4 of my second month : I’m gonna be honest and I kid you not I’m so enjoying this and makes me feel super productive and motivated every morning buuuuttt my friend acc noticed a change to my legs and he actually said that I’ve lost a healthy amount of weight which made me feel so happy knowing that it was all worth it! I really recommend this and I’m debating on posting my results on an Instagram account because I’m starting to feel super proud Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9 of my second month: I’m going for a full body transformation gotta get that summer bod my legs are the most noticeable change and I’ve been including some arm workouts too

Every like I get is how many squats I have to do and yes, I am serious. I have fat legs and I need motivation. Update: I’m doing 100 a day and will tell you guys if there are any significant changes to my legs! I’m very insecure about my legs so all this motivation from you guys instead of negative comments is really pushing me to exercise my legs. I’m doing this for my well being and for you guys❣️ Day 2 (of editing): I’m really feeling the burn! Day 3 (of editing): i think I’ve lost about an inch off my legs, which is great progress! I’m also trying to lose belly fat so I’m doing curl ups everyday. Are there any other recommended ways to lose belly fat?

guys im doing this and ill update you guys daily on my replys day 1: i didnt find it too hard but the thing on the floor with a bent leg was painful jeez i csn feel a lactic burn which is good. im gonna stretch now (slimming leg stretches) for context km also gonna maintain a calorie deficit and only eat health (no processed food or sugars)

To those of you who are in the comments to see if it works : HOLY SHIT IT DID!!! I started doing this workout yesterday and mind you, I have pretty big and flabby thighs, and after doing this, I can already feel that my thighs have become much firmer and don't jiggle a lot like they did before!! AND TO THINK THIS HAPPENED OVERNIGHT!! Thank you so much Holly, and I'll try to update if I can :D

@@dome9282 my knees also hurt sometimes from.extensove exercises :) do some knee warm uos before u begin and do this exercise my doc recommended: Sit on your bed ,keep a pillow under your knee and press it with your underknee then lift and do it 10 -15 times. Also keep a chk on vit D 💕

I usually don't take time to do reviews but I was so impressed with my results that I needed to share. I am 5 1" and usually stay around 128-133 my legs and hiney are where my weight goes. My tummy is all bones and ribs. Because of this, I buy pants that are tight on my legs and butt and very loose on my belly. I have been a size 4 womens for as long as I can remember! I did this video everyday for about 4-6 weeks with no dieting ( althought I do not eat crazy carbs, I eat pretty clean for the most part) and one day I went to the store and size 4 was too big. I am now a size 2/26 and they fit just a little lose all around. I was in shock and I just had to come here and rave about the workout! Thanks Holly your the best! Blessing to your future!

okay. let's do this. note: sometimes i did this exercise once, twice, and even three times. i also did additional ab, calve, and arm workouts. - - - weight: 53kg (118lbs) right leg: 56cm left leg: 54cm height: 5'0 - - - day 1: some exercises felt easy, others REALLY BURNED. no visual changes. day 2: my kneecaps felt sore, but I still finished. Still no visual changes but I'm feeling a bit stronger in my legs day 3: Noticing changes! My once, chubby legs are slowly looking more toned! day 4: kneecaps were sore again, looking more toned! day 5: got tested positive for covid ;-;, skipped today. day 6: felt uncomfortable, but for some reason, a day of rest finished the burning and my legs are feeling lighter! day 7: felt comfortable! way easier. FIRST WEEK UPDATE: its working!! I'm seeing my thighs and the fat in the kneecap area getting visibly slimmer. I feel more confident wearing shorts now because my thigh gap is opening. - - - week two... START! weight: 52kg (115lbs) right leg: 52cm left leg: 51cm height: 5'1 - - - day 8: completed! didn't break a sweat! day 9: completed! I'm really loving this workout! I'm also finding my legs more flexible as well, and they feel so light. day 10: my mom said she's been noticing my lower body has been getting skinny. I was super happy. To slim my legs, I've been doing this workout, a thigh stretch routine from musclewatching, as well as Gloria song's calve stretch! day 11: had too much projects and home work... Skipped today. day 12: complete! day 13: noticed how much of a difference my plie was. I remember the first couple of days my body was curved and I was sticking my butt out because it was too much of a burn. Now I've been unconsciously adjusting from the moderated plie exercise to the correct plie! day 14: This is getting so much easier... like- I don't even think I feel as much burn anymore. I COULD FIT INTO MY OLD TIGHT SWEATPANTS. Now they're even slightly baggy! I didn't even realise it, but then I tried on my old clothes and they fit!

progress tracker: day 1: ✅ i struggled a lot especially on the last few ones so I cut it a little short day 2: ✅ completed it! it was tricky but I’m glad I did it day 3: ✅ really felt the burn but can’t see any difference yet day 4: ❌ i didn’t have time day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ day 8: ✅ so i stopped doing this workout but it definitely helped! it got me a bigger thigh gap but i might need to start doing this again because i don’t have a big thigh gap anymore

I'm officially starting today. I plan to do this for 30 days. (Btw I'm doing this with Pamela Reif's 15 minutes abs workout.) Height: 155 cm / 5'1" Right leg: 60.5 cm Left leg: 60 cm Day 1: 👍it was hard but i kept reminding myself that it will take only 7 minutes. Day 2: 👍even though it was a harsh day for me, i didn't quit. But was that really 7 minutes or 7 hours?! Also, plie pulses literally killed me but i've completed anyway. Day 3:👍 It's not getting any easier. Day 4: today i made ntc full body goal crusher, so i won't do this workout. Btw my left leg is 58 cm and right leg is 58.5 cm right now Day 5:+ Day 6:+ ... Again Day 1: + Day 2: + it is getting easier except from plie pulses Day 3: + Day 4: + Day 5: + Day 6: - Day 7: + .... Again Start: 07.12.2020 End: I had seen good results with this video. So ı'm doing it again. I havent been doing sports for a while. Leg(start): 54.5 cm Leg(end): Day1: + Day2: Please like for motivation and remind me if i forget.🍀

Omg i cant believe my eyes. Thank you guys. As update, after 6th day, it stopped slimming but you can see the change with your eyes. Also my legs are toned. I gave a rest after day 6 but i starter today again. I will update here.

I love your workouts Holly! My husband bought me a Peloton and I still do all of my regular Holly workouts that I love and then force myself to do 10 minutes of Peloton, that aren't even half as fun as your videos 😘. Not only that but I've seen great muscle tone changes since I started 2 months ago

I‘m gonna do this workout and I’ll try to update u guys daily :) Day 1: I didn’t think it would be this hard but I‘m gonna keep doing it. Day 2: I‘m sweating so much haha but I hope it will be worth it Second time on day 2: already feel the burn in my legs:)) Day3: I finally managed to do the whole workout without taking a break in between. I feel the burn in my legs even more and I can hardly go up the stairs so I‘m pretty sure I‘ll see some results after the week is over. :) Day 4: I was exhausted all day cause of my legs. I also measured my knees and they got 2 cm thinner :))) I also changed my eating habits when I started doing this workout. I‘m really happy with this workout it helps a lot Day5: I can see a result yey. My entire legs got a little thinner and it only took me 5 days. But I did this workout twice a day so I think that’s why I can already see a change 😃 Day6: still like day 5 but the workout is so much easier for me now. Taking a break for 2 days cause I have really bad cramps Hey guys, so I‘ve decided to stop with this workout cause my inner thighs already got as thin as I wanted them to be and I‘m happy :)) but now I‘m starting with a workout for wider hips.

I read all the comments and damn. People, remember to love your body, it doesn't matter if thighs are big or fat, they help you do a ton of stuff that you love, love your bodies guys. I found more difficult the last one! It burns like hell!

I never write reviews but Holly’s arm, and and legs intense workout I swear by whenever I am feeling out of shape. They are quick which means you can squeeze in your long days and even if you skip for few days you can pick from where you left. Game changer and without any equipment. ❤
