Almost 3 months postpartum and this kicked my butt!!! Did this after a 20 minute lower body strengthening workout with 10lbs dumbbells so this was the perfect finisher. Loved it!! And loved your pregnancy workouts as well! Thank you!!!

Excellent! This works used to do very similar series in my 20’s (now I am 68) wished I would have continued for the last 40 years my butt would look like this.. soon it will be agin doing these 5 times a week and 3 of them add weights!🦩!

If you have a diastasis recti I recommend keeping your head and shoulders on the mat during the core exercises. Everything else is ok! How far postpartum are you?
