Theory: the eggs are tests gone wrong from the federation and that picture was of one of the eggs before they became eggs and had their mind wiped, flipa pretended to get killed as part of a big plan from all of the eggs and the missing eggs aren’t part of the federation’s plans and the missing eggs have been working in the shadows to get their memories back by making the egg tasks as a front to send flipa off to try and find clues on their memory.

Charlie's lore is genuinely so cool, it must be awesome to witness from other people's POVs. I just love how his story has happened, so comedic yet so terribly tragic too. Doesn't really know what's going on but is somehow still super involved in it, all while he's just trying to be there for his daughter. I wonder, could it be the glare of her glasses in the reflection in that image from the federation office? Is that how she ties into all of this, as the very experiment and abomination whoever wrote the book spoke of? Did she ever even die in the first place?? Because it was the federation that gave Charlie and Mariana a last chance to say goodbye at her funeral. How did they do that? Was that really heaven? Why wasn't it little J instead? And she even seemed to not know what Charlie meant by heaven and hell, so she was definitely kept in a federation site. I wonder how far back the lies go. Were they honest about how they got the eggs? Probably not. It's all an experiment, isn't it? Also I wonder how long it'll be before his hearts are completely taken over by code(i think thats whats happening? they're hard to see)
