The Voice only appeared in Charlie hence he was speaking "Lucifer Lucifer". He has encountered Lucifer in himself. PRO TIP: Do not attempt to speak in The Voice unless thine wishes upon thyself to gag and vomit. This is one of the rare instances in which The Voice happened.
