I understand you were pissed because you expected the service and product you were paying for to be exactly what you asked for, and this young man did not meet your expectations. 13:40 OMG, I had a similar situation happen to me... I had Starbucks remake my order 3 times and still wasn't right... I get the caramel frappe.. and order different syrups as well and it was soupy and they tried to tell me it was because it was too many syrups...umm nooooo you just don't know how to make it... So I no longer go to that Starbucks .. I go to the one In harris Teeter (a grocery store and they stay on point) I'm weird lol but I like when you always get up and look out like this when you're about to back up 30:14.... I'm bout to start CDL driving classes next Wednesday and I'ma get up and look like this... Hopefully I don't fall out the window jumping up to high lol!

Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. Almond milk, keep the whip (cream), 4 shots of espresso, 5 brown sugar syrup, 5 dark caramel (syrup), 4 Toffee Nut (syrup), line the cup with caramel, extra ice, extra crunch toppings. Keep in mind the drink comes with 2 shots of espresso so they are adding 2 more. The drink comes with brown sugar syrup and dark caramel already so she is asking for extra pumps. So you will get 8 or 10 total pumps of each syrup. The drink comes with crunch toppings so you will get extra. It is a highly caffeinated and very sweet drink, so you may want to get it as it is made to see if you like it before you go all Slimepack with it. I have had the drink the way she orders it with only 2 shots of espresso. I love it.

The idiot is writing it down on the cup without a smile. Things are not going to end well. It's an impossible order for a man, a woman taking your order would have smiled and made it perfect. I can only imagine what the next customer ordered. Write it down for them, it's in your best interest. Also, you should have told him; "weren't you trained to always say, "Thank You" instead of allowing him to tell you "THERE YOU GO" with him not looking at you, walking quickly away from you, and with tone. This is unacceptable. The phrase "THERE YOU GO" from any worker of any business is a "CORPORATE NO, NO subject to firing"!!! It's Sigman Freude, or also called a Freudian Slip, intentional or not.
