I meant that after you go across the jump, if you turn around there is a little elevator with a ref button if you push that then you can go up to the building.

i recently bought this game and just finished that chase missions like hour ago or so i failed so many times it was fuckin annoying all becuz of the cars on the road but i didnt give up and i didnt use the skip mission cheat where if u fail five times u can choose to skip the mission didnt give up and i beat it just shows wat determination can do
