@@Stellisrm it actually took approximately 2-3 months of consistent training to get where i wanted! It might’ve been a little easier for me to achieve it since i figure skate.. But as long as you workout consistently and eat healthy but don’t restrict yourself.

Started 2-25-23 ✅ Day 1: I had to stop the video about two times but I tried not to make the break to long. Felt the burn in my legs, was sweating so much. Overall feeling really accomplished, I’ll come back to update every day and tell y’all if I’ve seen any results by the end of the 10 days but I’ll probably do it for longer. ✅ Day 2: Legs were a bit sore from yesterday but it didn’t make the workout that much harder to complete. Felt the burn a little bit more today, the workout flew by as I was just focused on the different moves and not how much time was left. ✅ Day 3: It was definitely easier today but still felt the burn which is good obviously. Not to sore anymore, looking forward to seeing the results at the end of the ten days! ✅ Day 4: It still burned but definitely felt like it went by quicker and was somewhat easier to get through. Looking forward to seeing the results after 10 days but I know that it won’t be too drastic! ✅ Day 5: A lot like yesterday it didn’t really seem to much different I just felt the burn in my legs a bit more. Still excited to see the results but just like I said yesterday I know to keep my expectations realistic! ✅ Day 6: Legs were burning a lot because I did it after I did her summer shred but other than that it felt like it went by pretty quickly. Seeing a little bit of results on my inner thighs but nothing very drastic whatsoever. 4 days left and excited to see the results! ✅ Day 7: It still burned like hell but was definitely easier. Workouts are getting much easier to do and my legs feel slimmer! Still super excited to see the results because omg I’m so excited. ✅ Day 8: Once again felt the burn but was easier, it’s definitely because I’m getting used to the workout and the burning feeling. Just a reminder that it’s okay if you miss a day, it’s okay if you pause the video, but just remember to keep going and start again, remember why you started and envision how happy you’ll be when you see the results! ✅ Day 9: It burned but was so much easier and felt like it went by in 2 seconds! ✅ Day 10: Felt so motivated to do it today since I knew it was the last day and went extra hard on the workout. Results: it wasn’t very dramatic results but I definitely saw change, didn’t repeat the circuit though so maybe that had something to do with it, but it was optional. Would definitely recommend doing but repeating if you want more results.

Who else has an okay waist but really big thighs that you just hate? Im gonna update you guys everyday I don’t like putting my weight on here but I will tell you guys if I can see some change so day 1: just started already burning! day 2: can see some changes on my belly and calfs legs are burninggg Day: 3 I couldn’t really get most of it done but I managed a bit I can see a bit difference in my leg idk if it’s just me day 4: I ate a lot yesterday but I did the workout today so that’s good I’m doing this work out for a month btw! I forgot to update but I’m here again I’ve still be doing it and I’ve lost 3 pounds!!!

This is a really good work out! I done it for about 3 weeks and i got really good results. If your legs are really buring as you do this work out, what i did was take a little 5-10 second break and I keep going. Dont give up!!! You can do this!!! Thank you, this video did really help me!❤❤❤

Here are some fun tips that I found helped when I was doing it: Put on a movie or show to distract yourself through the pain Talk to yourself Hype yourself up with encouraging words Talk to urself abt the outcome, the benefits, the transition Hope you all are able to do the workout!

My first day trying this. I know it is quite a late comment but I just started and it feels pretty great. There are so many supportive comments here and I want to thank everyone for understanding people's pain. Hearts for all. My thigh has always been my insecurity and I hope that this workout can change that. TMI:I'm 14 and my thigh is already 47cm and my weight is 45kg. Let's hope to burn some fats!!

@@user-ci6uc9xz6li’m 19 and at 12 i was 45kg too! trust me, that’s very little. your body is developing fast and hard, and it’s going to look different for a while. you’re beautiful and this change is normal. soooo normal and so beautiful. staying active is important but you do not need to worry in the slightest about your weight. i know it’s hard in the days of social media, i felt it and half of what i see nowadays didn’t even exist 10 years ago. eat good, listen to your cravings, excersise a few times a week for HEALTH! only. you’re gonna look back at this time in your life when you’re my age or older and realise you had nothing to worry about. from one girl who’s about to leave her teenage years to you who’s about to begin them !! enjoy it, take grace on yourself and remember every single bodily change is normal and it will ALL work out in the end. also drink your water because it helps EVERYTHING !!! (i needed someone to say this to me when i was your age, so i hope this helps

for those wondering if this workout actually works, yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes it does! You have to feel the burn I know its hard in the beginning but just try distracting yourself. For me whenever I do painful workouts I try thinking of something not related to a workout lol, remember things take time and drink lots of water its super good for you. Your hard work will pay off :)

@@radhika4595 This workout is amazing!!! I just think for me it took a little longer because all I did was just eat less sweets, anything fried, bread, ect. And also because everyone has different body types for some its faster and for some it takes a little longer but I did get results just took a little longer :)

Started this workout : Initial thigh width - 50cm Day one - done Day two - done (One rep each) Day three - done (8mins are still hard.) Day four - kinda less hard Day five - still need to work hard ( since starting this exercise I feel more energetic, I am now always running around my house) Day six - skipped (Danced litely) Day seven - not in the mood (I guess taking a break really makes you slow down so make sure you don't take it) Sorry guys I got busy and couldn't keep up with the exercise but still took measurements and it's 50 cm now *I think it worked so plz just do it you might get much better results* I will do it all over again Wish me luck

Starting today: Will update every single day!🥺 Left thigh: 63cms Right thigh: 62 cms Day 1: did it twice!!! Legs are shaking & really exhausted! Day 2: feeling really low but still managed do to it twice! Literally sweating alot! 😭 Day 3: it was pretty easy today! It went well! I did it twice again without any breaks! 🥺🥲 Day 4: managed to do it twice even in periods. I don't even feel I have legs 😂my lower body is dead asfff! Day 5: this type I tried to do it in PJ's! For the first time, I enjoyed doing this workout 😫😫😫 Day 6 : did it once was feeling low tho 😫 Day 7: did it twice. I feel the difference in my my thighs. Wait for day 10! 😍😍 Day 8: did it twice again! This time it came & it went in like 4 mins! Pretty easy! 😫💘 Day 9: did it twice. It was easier than day 8. Remember, if your body is sore after doing the exercise a few times, it is completely normal! It's just that your body isn't used to it yet (not used to moving a lot and you need to give it time to adjust), also you can feel your thigh muscles thighten throughout the workout, it's a sign that it's working. Dont give up! Edit: after doing the workout for 3 days straight, (once a day before I sleep (23:00-00:30am)(I ate completely what I wanted) I could see a slight difference. Please do not give up! Your body didn't gain the weight in 1 day, so don't try to loose it in 1 day 💞💞

I will try to update 💜 Day 1: ✅ - Okay my tights are burning! I'm motivated, I will do my best to have a quarantine glow up LOL 😂 Day 2: ✅ - Done! The burn was HUGE Day 3: ✅ - One more day! Idk why but today the burn was more insane. I hope I can get results! 😁 Day 4: ✅ - Done! Today was insane!! And also, my mom joined me today 😂 Day 5: ✅ - One more day! I realized that my tights are slimmer than before, I will keep going! Day 6: ✅ - Done! Day 7: ✅ - Today the burn was insane!! I will keep going 🤣🤚 Day 8: ✅ - Yess one more day! I’m going to do it everyday, I also do 2 other videos everyday day Day 1 - ✅ felt pretty easy not too sore Day 2 - ✅ a little sore but not to bad Day 3 - ✅ really sore hurt 7/10 when sitting down, and see a little bit of change in my thighs surprisingly! Day 4 - ✅ more sore than day 3 but fun and enjoyable

Doing this until summer with other exercices ! Day 1 ✅ I was so motivated, I did this workout 2 times and 1 workout for inner legs (it feels so easy but it burns well so it’s amazing) Day 2 ✅ I did this workout 1 times and 1min of abs but was too exhausted to finish it and did 1 hour of my club sport, « step » so a lot of cardio and leg work (started to see a little difference but it’s probably my brain imaging things) Day 3 ✅ I waited all day to do it, so I did this workout 1 time and 1 workout for inner legs and 1min of abs again lmao (my legs are burning but it feels so good after finishing it and I am so proud of myself because I never did this amount of sport in 3 days lol) Day 4 ❌ I didn’t have the time and courage but I went to golf all afternoon (it’s okay to skip a day if you’re not feeling it) Day 5 ✅ I did this workout 1 time and 1 workout for inner legs (it was hard after skipping day 4) Day 6 ✅ I did this 1 or 2 times I don’t remember Day 7 ❌ I don’t remember Day 8 ✅ I did this 1 time Day 9 ✅ I did this 1 time Day 10 ❌ I stopped because I became lazy and saw no results but I was feeling so much more healthier and good in my body so I shouldn’t have stopped… but I am going to restart it later

its been a while, but i hope ur still motivated. sometimes results can take a few weeks/ months, it’s not realistic to instantly be skinny in a few days. but keep trying, u got this!!! even if u dont do the workout anymore, i think you should do it again, and dedicate to it :)

Doing this!! Day 1: did two rounds! First one was not that hard, second was harder because I was getting a little sore. No changes yet, but it’s just the first day! Day 2: Decided to do one round of this and one round of the harder (sexy legs in 7 days) workout and it burns more but it should work better!! My legs look the same but I’m still hopeful! Day 3: I see some noticeable changes!! The gap between my thighs has gotten bigger and my thighs don’t enlarge as much as I sit down! Super happy and will continue, excited to see what my future results are going to look like!!

As for the results, although not much visible, I can see slight toning and slimming down of my legs. If I continued this for 2 more weeks, I would've seen much vivid changes. Worst feeling ever. It might be because you’re not used to working out, I can’t cross my legs very easily cause it gives me a very uncomfortable feeling .. somewhere 💀 but also just take a cold shower after doing it and it should make you feel less weak and take away the shaky feeling.

Don't worry! The legs stop shaking after you do it a few times! Your body gets used to it.

[Update march] Thighs down to 64cm < 68cm 🎉. I feel better, my stamina improved and body is more toned. Do not forget, healthy meals and full body training are important for better results ! Ive been using this workouts for months. So someone in the comment thinks I'm lying about my resultsor maybe just a misunderstanding ?So let me explain, if you re on a weight loss journey like me you need to commit for more than 10 days, healthy eating and full body exercices. I've been updated this post for 3 months😂. No lies, just working hard and it pays back. To all of you doing this workout , keep it up ! You'll succeed ❤ [Update february]] Thighs down to 68cm now. I lost 5kg. Goal : 80kg >75kg✅️> 60kg Still combining this workout to cardio exercices. I'm using a mini stepper now (my xmas gift 😂). It worked for me ! I combined this video with cardio workouts. Committed for 10 days my thighs were both 84cm after 10 days I successfully reduced to 72 cm ! I eat better quality meals and eat less sugar, 0 soda (I'm not a soda person so that was easy). I'm on my way to get rid of that pregnancy weight !

@@aysuciftci thanks for your sweet comment ! By cardio, I mean full body exercices also I use a mini stepper regularly. I went running yesterday and I noticed my stamina was much better. I hope you achieve your goal too 🩷. I'm still working on mine ,positive mind helps a lot!

Lexi Flannel you see I didn’t really eat healthy but i managed to keep myself away from a lot of junk foods especially the ones that cause bloating.I would suggest like anyone else to eat healthy carbohydrates such as whole-grain cereals, fruits and vegetables.

hi guys! i’m starting this workout! please like this to help motivate me! beginning: 19in 3cm Day 1: ✅ kinda hard but not too bad felt like i wasn’t doing all the exercises correctly Day 2: ✅ felt a lot better then yesterday but was a little bit sore Day 3: ✅ on vacation so didn’t have full attention on the workout but still got it done Day 4: ❌on vacation and totally forgot Day 5: ✅ this is getting easier and my legs are getting stronger Day 6: 🚫 Day 7: 🚫 Day 8: ✅ kinda hard because i missed two days Day 9: ✅ left side was harder than right side

10-DAY CHALLENGE COMPLETED!!! (See results below) Starting thigh size: 27" Day 1: done! (Felt the burn, not too intense, time flew by) **She forgot clam exercise for 2nd leg. Day 2: done! (Just slightly sore; used a light exercise band.) Day 3: done! (Surprisingly not sore BUT felt the burn in the routine, used a light band.) Day 4: done! (Tender from yesterday so no band today.) Day 5: done! (Used a light band & 5Ib wts for the standing moves.) Day 6: done! (Used a light band & 5Ib wts for the whole workout. Now halfway done & feeling great!) Day 7: done! (Used a medium band and 8Ib wts for the standing exercises). Day 8: done! (Used a light band and 8Ib wts for just the standing moves only. Feelin' it!) Day 9: done! (Used a medium band and am so excited to finish and see my results tomorrow!!) Day 10: done! (Used a 5Ib wt only today and felt the burn as usual). MY RESULTS & FINAL THOUGHTS: I didn't lose ANY inches but with more time and cardio, I know that will change. My boyfriend said he noticed my butt is getting more tight though, lol. I am now moving onto Job 1 on Bodi & Chloe Ting's free 25 day Slim Thigh Challenge which I HIGHLY recommend from past results I've had!

Ive been really insecured about my thighs and so i will be doing this for 10 days!! ✔️ Day 1- Pretty hard but kept going through the pain ✔️Day2 - Feeling good about this still was painful but felt great!! ✔️Day 3- Was getting used to it now more and the pressure I feel in my legs! ✔️Day 4- Supper comfortable with this now and totally seeing some muscle!! So exciteddd ((: ✔️Day 5- Felt great and totally seeing some muscle forming in my thighs 😊 ✔️ Day 6- Felt great totally seeing more muscle and lean and the workout was much easier

THIS REALLY WORKS! I’ve been doing THIS workout for 3 months now and I see a BIG DIFFERENCE, like REALLY BIG! Day 1: ✅️ I've got arthritis bad and a foot injury, and my legs got larger. All my weight goes here and I'm 5'3 and over 200lbs. 80% of my body is my thighs and butt. This burned, but the time flies!
