Is the Slimming World Diet a healthy choice? In this video, I explain some of the healthy options that you can have while on the Slimming World Diet to ensure that you maintain a healthy lifestyle and more importantly, how to ensure that you continue to be healthy later in life as you age. Research suggests that a healthy diet should contain Omega 3 oils, foods with antioxidants and a wide range of foods containing vitamins and minerals.
