Hi Catherine,brilliant brilliant video,many thanks! I’m also doing SW.I’ve lost a stone in seven weeks,which I’m happy with. Need to lose another stone and a half.I’m enjoying it (most of the time),and know I w😅reach my goal! Keep the videos coming finding them really motivating.

Best to loose weight 1- 2lbs per week so that we don't get gallstones etc & keep it off.
