You look lovely, but you already know that ;) Never heard of Clothes Throw but it is a great idea! I will have to swap clothes in my wardrobe this week so it might be a chance to get rid of some. I used to keep clothes in different sizes as my size used to vary between 12 to 18, but as you said - there's no going back! Do some clothes shopping and the best thing is .... you don't have to stick to "plus size" shops any more! Many stores have sizes up to 22-24 so you can pick and choose what you want. Have fun on your holiday! xxx

I know what you mean Debbie. I used to be a 24 on the bottom, I am now a 14/16 but when I look down I still see a big tummy and I still feel big. But you have done amazingly well!!

Well done on your great loss Debbie! I managed to lose 3lb this week which I am chuffed about! Hope you have a lovely time in the Lakes. Hopefully the weather will be kind. We are going to Cornwall in 7 weeks, I can't wait! We will have 3 teenagers with us so not much room in the car for food etc. so I am going to organize a supermarket delivery for when we arrive. I am not taking my husband and 3 teenagers food shopping - they would pile the trolley high with treats!!
