Hi Alan well done on your 2lb loss, fab news. Listening to you towards the end by of your vlog about telling someone you love them, I have 2 sisters one lives a mile away and the other is 50 miles away. Not 1 evening have we not spoken to day we love each other. Never mind if we’re on holidays and out we always ring each other. The bond we have is solid and I think if we all took time the world becomes a better place and we’re not on our own. Thank you for talking about something important to all of it.
