Gfriend must have been working for a while for this. They are not the kind of people to trow a tour last minute. I almost bet they have it all planned since before Viviz tour. Sowon talked about returning to practice dancing around the time the first concert was announced. Buddy speculated if they would have a special stage, it did not happened but then maybe around that time the girls got close to SoMu in order to reach an agreement. So maybe the time was more or less good luck and a lot of good will in order to gain something that Hybe money can not buy: reputation and good will. Let's remember SoMu lost a lot of good points and favor after their disbandment of Gfriend as if they were a Nugu group when they still hold their pulse against BP, RV, and Twice in term of who was the best group, not the most popular but the best. And right now SoMu is not in the best light neither but Gfriend and their girls, excepting the fiasco with Sowon, had a spot clean reputation and a lot of the general public simpathy. Since I saw Yerin with that group of SoMu I got the feeling SoMu wanted to use the girls to get part of their good reputation. Because let's not delude ourselves, it should be in uncomfortable to know your company was bought only to launch that group and that your hard won money was used to found other projects instead to support their bread winner: Gfriend. I can admit now that maybe there is nothing among the members of both groups but some ackwardness is to be expected. My point, I think both parts are being benefited of this, Gfriend gets their comeback and SoMu finally recover a little of the people good will, have a decent live show and they "clear" the air between their groups. Sorry but I do not buy it. I will enjoy Gfriend but SoMu can stay in the spam bin.
