maybe she thought she needed to loose weight. but instead of invalidating how she felt, he took her where she wanted to go. he probably told her along the way that she was perfect anyway she is and if this would make her happy he would take her but that she would see his point afterwards. the clinic didn't give her the results she was expecting, but he gave her the support she needed from start to finish. 😋🧡
