It looks like the gold coins work by merely just adding points to your score. Rewatch your video and watch how the points are added when you spin and ‘GC’ appears in one of the columns.

do you have a category for videos that are about handheld games like this , I only found two videos. thanks for posting these. I think I want to get into collecting these. I have a Yahtzee game and I love how easy it is to just pick it up and start playing, without worrying about ads, downloads, updates, patches or batteries (takes forever to burn through a AA battery)
