What is my Target Point ?
Very often I am asked to make a commentless video instruction about 45 degree aim point, now I took the time to create it. The target point in my shooting technique does not change at 90 degrees or at 45 degrees, it always remains the same, you don't have to agree with me. There are many videos on the internet where others have 45 degrees somewhere else. You make your life a lot easier if you don't change the target point, it only gets you dutch each other if you have to think about it every time, my tip for you is don't change it and practice on it, later you will be very grateful to me. I hope this video clarifies many of the questions.
Sehr oft werde ich gebeten ein kommentarloses video anleitung über 45 grad zielpunkt zu machen, nun habe ich mir die zeit dafür genommen um es zu erstellen. Der Zielpunkt in meiner schuss technick ändert sich es weder bei 90 grad noch bei 45 grad, es bleibt immer das selbe, ihr müsst mit mir nicht der gleichen meinung sein. Es gibt viele Videos im internet wo andere 45 grad ganz wo anders haben. Ihr macht euch das leben viel leichter wenn ihr das zielpunkt nicht ändert, es bringt euch nur dutcheinander wenn ihr jedesmal überlegen müsst, mein tipp für euch ist ändert es nicht und übt daran, später werdet ihr mir noch sehr viel dankbar sein. Ich hoffe dieses Video klärt vielen unter die frage dazu.

Wieder ein sehr lehrreiches Video. Danke! Fuer mich gibt es jedoch einen Unterschied ob 45 *oder 90*. Bei vertikaler Haltung verlaufen Ziellienie und Schusslinie paralel aber mit halber Gabelbreite von einander entfernt. Der Schuss geht somit seitlich am Ziel vorbei. (Legen wir immer die Groesse des Feuerzeuges zu Grunde) Bei waagerechter Haltung ist die tatsaechliche Schusslinie unterhalb vom Ziel. Beim Schuss auf das Feuerzeug visierst du das Metal an und triffst somit exact in der Mitte. Bei der 45* Haltung halbiert sich der Unterschied in Hoehe und Seite. Ein Anfaenger hat somit zunaechst einen groesseren Treffererfolg. Beim perfekten Schuss wird es komplizierter da in diesem Fall 2 Fehler zu beruecksichtigen sind. Ist das so?

In putting this all together, I am assuming that when you aim at 45 degrees you are using a single point to aim that includes the X and Y axis all in one aim point. Would I be correct? If so this would eliminate the need for adjusting the aim point for horizontal AND vertical directions. Correct me if I am wrong. Another question: what are the advantages and disadvantages of each of the three different types of aim points? If the 45-degree aim point is more accurate why do most shooters use the 90-degree or 180-degree aim points?

I am one of the few who have mastered all types of slingshots. I can only share my experiences with you. 180 degrees is by far the most comfortable, but at the same time it has its disadvantages such as Accuracy. Coming to TTF, it's also pretty accurate but awkward with the bands, I'm not a fan of TTF personally (but others like it). The most common and best of all is shooting OTT 90 degrees, it only has advantages I don't see any disadvantages except when you bend your head too much that it can cause pain. My favorite of all types is OTT be it with short or long straps for butterfly. With this you can aim really accurately without any problems unless you can aim.

Frage: Einige Schuetzen befestigen die Baender seitlich an der Gabel, andere ueblicher Weise oberhalb der Gabel. Was macht den Unterschied?

1= Im video schieße ich OTT: Over The Top Hier werden die Bänder so angebunden, dass sie über die Gabel zum Ankerpunkt gezogen werden. 2= Es gibt auch die variante als TTF: „Through The Forks „ ( davon bin ich kein Fan, und werde es glaub ich auch nicht 🤪) Die Bänder werden hierbei seitlich an der Gabel angebunden. Hmm die frage zum unterschied würde ich so beantworten: es kommt immer darauf an auf welcher variante du es dir beibringen möchtest, ich habe mich mit OTT befreundet, der andere mit TTF, ich schwöre auf OTT, der andere auf TTF, hmm gewöhnungssache alles. 🤪❤️👍

Auf unterschiedlichen entfernungen bleibt mein Zielpunkt gleich, ich löse es in dem ich auch unterschiedlich die bänder ziehe. Kurzer abstand half butterfly, großer abstand mehr als half butterfly 🤝👍

I have 6-12mm steel balls at home but I mostly only use 8mm because it's not too big and not too small 🤝👍

non ci sono regole che devono essere in un modo o nell'altro, ognuno mira in modo diverso, proprio come sparare in posizione verticale (180 gradi). Nei miei video mostro come miro. 🤝👍
