I am a white woman and I love Black Jesus. I have watched since season 1. In the end of each episode there is at least 1 parable that Christian's can relate too I have black friends who don't like the show because they feel it makes a mockery of Jesus but I don't see it like that. I can remember in one episode he told his friends that " God answers our prayers not always how we want it to but how he sees fit". This resonated with me at a time when I was having a hard time emotionally. Ever since then, I have been hooked. I miss Charlie, he was a major funny factor but I think they handeled his absence well. My husband and I were hoping that Eddie would take his place. Great show.
