For unloading what is the max weight for in order for the ramp to go under the product for per pallet ?

The machine can Load/Unload up to 30 ton, the figure you really need is how much can one pallet handle which is 4 ton per pallet!

your parcel needs to be loaded on top of a wooden block/timber or something similar to avoid damaging the products.
