Finally got this right after 3 attempts with a different video. Thanks for your slow movements and stops at important spots!

I like your videos because there is something about just watching you knit without any music or listening a voice that is soothing. Your videos are very nice and thank you so much for teaching new ideas. =)

Exactly why I love this channel, too. No BS, they just show the pattern really clearly and the written annotations help quite a lot.

If you knit a scarf or blanket with this stitch, would it lay flat or curl?

Can you trellis stitch in the round??
@theanimefan006 жыл бұрын
I tried on a sock with exactly this pattern. At the joining of the round it seems to have 2 extra stiches making a gap in the pattern (the first and the last stich in every round). maybe if you can loose those 2 stiches, I still not figured out how...

It's been a long time since you asked, but I only recently discovered this video and as I wanted it for socks, I puzzled out how it works in rounds. My socks ( abload.de/img/trellis-socksvljpz.jpg ) are knitted with 60 stitches in total, and here is how it works: 1) knit all 2) * k1 - SL 5 WYIF * 3) knit all 4) k3 - * k1 ULS - k5 * - k1 ULS - k2 5) knit till last 3 stitches on ndl. 4: k1 - SL 2 WYIF 6) SL 3 WYIF - k1 - * SL5 WYIF - k1 * - k2 7) knit all 8) * k1 ULS - k5 *
