Jeez whats your issue? If anybody can do this why is there only one Slipknot and why arent you in a multi million band yourself if its so easy?
@thatduckjenry6 жыл бұрын
@StevePeeve Believe it or not, instruments are hard as hell to play right, especially if you play that one specific instrument for one of the worlds largest bands. Sid is a DJ, Chris is a percussionist/sound design leader. And each other member has their own talents, but you wouldn't be able to perceive that because you probably haven't touched an instrument in your life. So how about you go out there and spend a few years of your life learning how to play something, and then come back to judge.
@thatduckjenry6 жыл бұрын
@StevePeeve Yet you completely overlook the fact that he plays more than just a beer keg. He's now the lead sound designer for the band, helping their new songs sound very similar to iowa. He knows how to play a decent amount of guitar, and is a lead percussionist. Theres no need to lash out at Slipknot's members if you aren't willing to even consider the fact that they do more off stage then they do on stage.

He was perched on the side of the curb like a street performer with the same turntable he's using here, just jamming, for no other reason other than just cuz'. Being so inspired by Slipknot since my early teens, I don't think I've ever fan-girled to anyone as much as I did to him. He was very relaxed and kind towards me, as he is here. I love these one on one interviews.. hearing something new from each member. I knew Paul started the band and his background but the name ‘Slipknot’ was to symbolise his prior band and the death of it.. was amazing to learn. The fact that Shawn started wearing a mask at practice which caused a domino effect within the band. The annoying thing at the beginning for me with interviewers years ago was the focus on the masks.. their appearance, it’s only in recent years we’ve start to know the individuals of the band. My highlight of following Slipknot was late December of 2009, I received a phone call from the guitarist of Black Dots of death which was a band Shawn formed back then.. probably a couple of years after To my surprise.. the guitar said to me that Shawn will be calling me in around 45 minutes for a chat.. the call come.. for around 15 minutes I spoke to Shawn, it was amazing I found out a lot about him as a person, the questions I had about To My surprise, Slipknot, we spoke about family, etc.. I’ll never forget that day.
