How do you get the colored notes for drums ?

There's an option in the settings menu under the festival section to make the regular mode(any mode that's not pro lead or pro bass) have colored notes instead of the default color

Fortnite festival makes no sense in my brain. The chart is almost nonsensical, like I get that its not easy to chart drums to a controller because you have to map 4 limbs down to just your fingers but it actually still doesn't make any sense the gem choices. I'm def too old to play Fortnite but its just so strange idk
