this song makes me very nostalgic for a period, for a person, for a particular day: May 28, 2021. at the time, I was much more carefree than now, it was spring, it was cool and I was quite well, but not for everything: Dad had been working away from home for a few months and I missed him a lot. I opened the door and started tidying up the kitchen, the living room, then the bedroom. then I sat in the garden while listening to this song. then when the verse "she isn't real ..." started, I felt a tremendous shiver that touched my heart and literally made me understand how I felt. those words still move me a lot, they will never stop doing it. now, an entire season has passed, a lot of things have changed, I probably don't even like that girl anymore, we talk little to each other, but I just feel like a friend. right now i'm sitting in the same place, i did exactly the same thing today, it's august 21, 2021 and i just listened to this song and it still speaks clearly to me, even though things have changed, it still reminds me of what i experienced that day and as i already have said, it makes me nostalgic, in a good way.
