It's made by the German producers Geenaro and Ghana Beats. I'm German too and they usually produce Trap beats for German artists like Billa Joe but they also produced Luciano's drill songs like Bamba (w Aitch), Cloud (w Headie One) or West Connect (w Central Cee). If you listen to these songs and also to Band4Band you'll notice that they all sound pretty similar. So I would rather say that it's just Geenaro's and Ghana Beats's style of producing Drill, although I think that they also sound like they were made from a Drill-beginner. Which would also make sense bc Geenaro and Ghana Beats mainly produce Trap as I already said.
