Yes, but you also cant call Michael innocent since he was constantly tormenting his brother with his biggest fear, locking him in the parts and service room and such, to the point where CCs Foxy plush doesnt have a head and we can assume CC ripped or off or something along those lines, being the mask Michael wears (Though you could argue this is more headcanon than anything,,) Of course they're both victims of Afton, and there will always be some blame to put on him, but Mike is still partially at fault for tormenting his younger brother and putting him *in the mouth of an active animatronic*,, yes the jaw shouldnt have been that strong, but it was, and that shouldnt have been a risk Michael shouldve taken, either
