Rishy should after every week give each player a challenge to complete throughout each week for rewards an example would be like kill 15 skeleton with a wooden hoe for 10 diamonds or a nether star..etc as that could add a fun aspect as if you don’t do the challenge then the other two players split possibly what you could have gotten so then crainer and Fin get 5 diamonds each

You should add challenges and there should be three difficulties of challenges easy, normal and hard. Completing a challenge gives amount of diamonds based on difficulty like easy should give you five and normal should give you ten diamonds and hard should give fifteen diamonds
