I got assigned a final project for my steel design class where I have to create a spreadsheet matrix for a sway frame like the one in the video and design it using steel. I had to brush up on my structural analysis stuff before I could even start working on it and it was necessary to get the theoretical stuff down pat since I'll be taking advanced structural analysis over the summer. I use calculator to solve matrix Using mode, 5 and 2 for three unknown but the answers are not same yours !! Am I right or u are right ??

Can you do an example with an inclined member? Or explain how the 'Psi' values are determined when one member is inclined? I've been struggling to understand the trigonometry to determine the relationships between member lengths, displacements/delta and the Psi/rotation values

What if some of the horizontal forces cannot be written in terms of moment? The problem is this force is axial force instead of shear force

Bro you are great, just one simple problem, 28 mintues to solve such frame isnt acceptable, next time show some videos for us exam-takers. some tricks and shortcuts would be helpful. this channel is for already-made engineer (or engineer-alike) so u dont have to say the minor details. thanks and keep killing frames. :)
