The first example at around 8:00 minutes, OP states the beams run only in one direction North to South and slopes from perimeter to low point (roof drain). I think OP should add that beams also runs West to East, and sloped the same way to low point. If beam only runs 1 direction, then the roof will only be 2-way slope. In example 1, the roof is 4-way slope, so West East directions will also have sloped beams.

Nope. All the beams along the perimeter are at high points in both the north/south and east/west directions. My low point text note along the perimeter actually applies to the internal column point so writing it where I did is a bit misleading for sure. So only the beams on the internal grid lines in the north/south direction slope (from a high point to a low point at the column). There are no beams in the east/east direction at the middle horizontal grid line but rather owsj's - but yes those owsj's would be sloped from a high point at the perimeter to a low point at the column because they rest on the sloped beams.
