The new year countdown at the end of this song is one of the most haunting moments I think I've ever experienced in music. So much so that I wrote a blog post about it (shameless self-promotion moment but also I'm not lying) 'In the context of the song we have just heard, the voices are like a choir of ghosts. And what’s a year to a ghost? Ten seconds? Well, why not?
