Sloopy joes is an extremely tasty delicious mouth watering dish, my mom used to make it for lunch and somtimes a quick supper 🍽, on a honest flavor scale I rate sloppy joes at a 9.2 and that's high because I don't hand out nines like that

Looks like vegetable oil diced green pepper white onion fatty beef. Probably 80 20 ground chuck. Salt, pepper, garlic powder paprika, ketchup and mustard. He's steaming the buns by putting them over the pan. Obviously pull the buns off before mixing the ingredients together. Start by hearing oil over medium high, add onion. Then fresh minced garlic fresh if you have it. Season with salt and ground black pepper Then add green pepper cook for 2-3min. Add beef. Re season with S&P Once beef starts to brown add your sauces and other spices mix. And serve.
