I have to say this is one of the best things that happened in 2023 happy 100th to the 3 K-28 locomotives on the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad happy to say that 478 will return to service next year it’ll be great to have them all three locomotives in operation once again which will be the first time in almost 3 decades I was fortunate to see 478 in August 2004 catching it leaving Durango with the first train to Silverton I would take the second train pulled by number 480 I hope to see 478 again
