There have been a lot of comments about the 1 in 17 million chance of winning 66x the bonus buy amount. These seem like bad odds. I'm not saying what he is doing right now is legit, but is this figure per spin, per normal landed bonus, per enhanced bonus buy etc? Where's the source for this and i'll have a look. He bought the bonus for £250 and cashed for £13,000. While unlikely, I very much doubt the odds of this occurring are 1 in 17 million. You'd have to do £4.25 billion in enhanced bonus buys to achieve the max win once on average at minimum stake. You'd have to buy the bonus 17 million times, taking an average bonus time of 3 minutes, you'd need to buy the bonus continuously for 2,941 years without sleeping to get the max win once on average, do these figures seem plausible to you? In short, the odds of an enhanced bonus buy returning a maximum win are not 17 million / 1. On two happening twice within 30 minutes, I think we have a situation that is almost certainly suspect, even if the odds were a more reasonable 700 to 1. Statistically it's so improbable that it's almost definitely not genuine. I am surprised the bandit seems to have done this. The only conclusion I can draw is that the videos are legitimate, but he's made a deal and advertised fake jackpot / max wins to draw traffic to the site. This would explain the poorly cropped 'highlight' jackpots. I don't believe he'll handle this well, he'll just quit and we'll see him again in a year. Bandit is surprisingly good at quick mental arithmetic, he genuinely has shocked me a few times arriving at precise total amounts quickly. I don't think he's too clever though, mostly due to an apparent lack of understanding about general variance and standard deviation, or other simple concepts like RTP, or also just the concept of luck and how that might apply to slots in general. I think he just genuinely didn't realise people would be able to tell this was fake. My conclusion: Most likely the game play videos are real. He has gotten a deal where he gets something like 30-50% of losses back, and as part of the deal he has had to advertise max wins. He's done this "off stream" (to still provide genuine content, but also drive traffic) and provided replays, but he has not understood how mathematically improbable it is, or that it could be simply deduced. We have gotten genuine game play, but then also fake max wins off stream, so he could fulfill this contractual obligation. This is less nefarious than it seems, but bandit will not address this honestly and he will disappear again.

Gambling winnings (including crypto) are tax free in the UK, although he would have to fill out the capital games tax form for transacting > 4x the tax free limit in a tax year. I think it's because the odds are not just 'slim' they are impossible. The odds of maxing out a slot vary but are usually in the tens of millions to one. Two maxes within half an hour is in the billions to one. You have a much better chance of winning the lottery. So given the statistics it's not exactly the best advert for gambling hence they don't admit the only way they can do it is by the owner of the dodgy casino they are advertising letting them win.
