Regarding first question free play - I’ve been told you should play your budget first to earn the points on player card. Bc once you add free play, you have to cycle through that to start earning points.

Regarding food: my husband and i would go to the Grande Luxe at Palazzo and start with fried pickles. I loved the chicken and waffle. My husband would get steak and eggs. Always good.
