14:00 It's a cruiser bike. It's not that Harley's are particularly slow. Cruiser bikes tend to be... cruisers(imagine), and this particular one is meant to be comfortable on long trips with a passenger while carrying 2-3 days of clothes and necessities. Something that big is definitely not built for speed.

I had a bud who is no longer but he had an ex cop Harley that he got hot rodded to 165hp on the dyno. He could ride alongside my GSXR1000 at 160mph but that was tapped out. No wobbles either but cornering abilities not optimal. I still wouldn't try to outrun cops on it.

He probably wasn’t drunk. He more than likely had a dwi within the last year so that’s why his license was suspended. His BAC at the dwi time was over .15 which means he was supposed to have a breathalyzer on his vehicle. Not getting it and being pulled over will get you an automatic 30-60 days in jail since his joint was still suspended. Had he been on a faster bike, this woulda been a different story

My truck driver trainer and i witness a police chase on i-77 southbound back in November 2023. I think we were in west Virginia or north Carolina. We had to dodge the spike strips. The guy had at least 13 cops chasing him. And cops ahead waiting. We didn't expect any of this and didn't get a chance to film it.

Ive had my 21 slim up to 95. At 100 the skin starts to flab. At 110 the bars start to vibrate with a 18 inch rim. At 120 the bars start to skake but not in tank slapper style. Just know your limits. Isn't really a PIT like with a car and come in from the side, but ASP will inch up behind a bike and use the push bar to interrupt the rotation of the rear tire. Usually done at lower speeds, but did see a video a couple of years ago they did it while the bike was doing 120 coming up on a curve and the rider basically got drop kicked with the bike landing about 30 feet from the road and the rider another 40 or so feet beyond the bike.

The guy doesn't know how to ride. The wobble is too tight a grip on the handlebars. I've outrun cops with an 80 cu in Evo HD. My current 128 cu in would have no problem outrunning cops. But not on the expressway. I wouldn't even think about outrunning a police interceptor on the highway, but around town.... see ya. My zero to 60 would give a Tesla or a C8 Corvette a run for their money. A police charger doesn't stand a chance. Gas, acceleration, and knowing the roads (sober), police aren't catching a motorcycle with a competent rider. Oh, and to your comment, Harley touring bikes aren't capable, BS.
