@Educational Resources Wow. You really have no clue then what it considered beginning for non-native speakers! It's not so much the speed but the vocabulary is NOT in the realm of beginning non-native speakers! Not to worry, there are PLENTY of other resources on the web.

eto niet pravlina. Ja toje novischol, niet ochen trudna. This is definitely beginners' level not intermediary. What I need is to practise on a Russian keyboard with the letters. I am a beginner and this is exactly the right level for me but I have reached the point that I must learn to type Russian letters I keep putting that off
