It makes sense that they can’t read the messages and donations on the VOD, but maybe they could take a page out of the VTuber book. A lot of them will have a separate stream after the content one just for thanking subs and donation and reading out those messages. It encourages larger donations and longer messages to be read out and feels more personal because it’s not in between playing games.
