Your bread always turns out wonderful. I used to cook bread in a large wood stove when I lived in Chama NM, but it was not as unwieldy as an OutDoor stove. Enticing as always 🍞

Hey dude, when you toss the onion and then cut it in the air, you should swipe it horizontally, like a Samurai, and then maybe at least one half would stay on your cutting board. It may take some practice :-))
