I have a feeling that good end’s music in Slow damage (esp. this one) has a strong energy that breaks through something (some obstacles). It's a will to fight for the life. On the contrary, music in bad endings seems like try to break free, but all efforts bogged down into emptiness or some endless circle of self destruction. It's a refusal to fight, an endless captivity

I'm playing the Japanese ver. With a translator and I can totally agree with what you say. To get bad endings you have to "break" the mind of the other person and once it's done you have to accept it and "surrender" to the crazy desires to enjoy them. In good endings you overcome the darkness of the characters and you start living a "healthy life" so you both can start a happy life together because you want it to happen. For Madarame I think he's outside this scheme. For what I've played (I'm playing him now) towa and Madarame with being together are already living to satisfy their desires, so the only thing to decide is whether surrending to them and losing their mind (bad and) or live outside the world and satisfy one another ("good" end). The difference is minimal, that why I think good and bad end songs are similar

honestly this ending makes more sense considering how the other good ends with like taku and rei betray towa's character, like it's kind of a painted over happy ending with the two of them but with Madarame at least they're true to their established characters, pessimistic and violent and whatnot. also song goes hard, even tho some parts are kind of funny lmao
