Just found your channel, very calming! Your cat Poro is cute and sweet! Diane in Denmark on some of her Friday videos called weekly planning self-care gives four self-care assignments/ideas that one can choose from for the week and in those videos she mentioned ideas like spending time in nature, creativity, new recipes, listening to music. Also Mariane Cresp mentioned in her boost your mood video about creativity and music. I also watched Kennedy from the channel Cozy K, cozy hobbies to try videos. Hobbies can be a form of self-care! I also like walking as a form of self-care. This includes outdoor walks and KZbin walks like Gina B from the channel Up to the beat fit and Leslie Sansone Walk at Home. Comfort meals can be good for the soul. Your breakfast looked great!

Poro is adorable, but I had wanted to mention (although I am sure you are a very vigilant mommy), to always supervise play with Poro when playing with hair ties. Cats love to eat them and anything similar. My vet had to operate on a cat that had 6 hairties in her stomach. I had to cut the tails off of my Abby's toy mice as she was eating them. Anyway, love your videos. Keep up the good work!
