The first one is a simple ball valve gun, with the ball valve operated by a spring, your guns are better. The second one is a automatic qev gun, combines a safety valve with a homemade qev, I have a video demonstrating the same principle, except I made a adjustable safety valve(also called pop off valve, because it pop opens under a certain pressure). This system consumes a lot of air, you need a big compressor or paintball tank to run it.

It shoud go straight, it trajectory may change through. 8mm steel balls are heavy, I'd recommend high pressure with a good barrel. If you really want to hunt, get a .22 pellet gun barrel. Yes, all the shot would be at the same pressure

hello. wizz i got a 6mm pipe, 40 cm long from a fridge.. , do you think it is too short to use it for qev or hammer valve ? by the way after rebuild the piston of my QEV and the pilot, penetration tests are almoast equal rather i shoot 30 bar or 10 bar without a regulator.

What do you mean? his guns DO NOT use regulated air, there is no regulator. If you don´t want to buy a regulator yet want consistent shots, a hammer valves would be my first choise.

no, no - the safe valve relise air always at same presurre, right ? so most of shoots are equal..i found that i can hurt a "rabbit" or kill( if i hit his head) by 20 m with a 8mm steel ball at 10 bar, if i use 20-30-40 bar the ball does not goes streight every time.

i only want to use it shoot by shoot not tir. cuz it use regulated pressure right? i want all shoots to be 10- 8 bar and this is the easyest way for me, i can not buy a regulator. is it easy to controll it so it doesn't start the tir ?
