i guess is that it is somehow related to a certain food that is consumed up there. i recently discovered Chili John's Chili (originally of Green Bay). It's gotta be one of the best chili i've had.... Imagine the cold cold weather, you have a steaming hot bowl of chili in your lap, watching the UW game or whatever games. You ain't jumping up for the wave and spilling the delicious goodness are you ?! Are you ???? just one man's theory.
