There's nothing wrong with cream and sugar. People like what people like. I love my freshly roasted drop coffee black. I love my lattes with a little bit of sugar. There's nothing wrong with that.

I drink coffee black, but this video is slightly snobby. Roasting a great espresso for lattes or cappuccinos is something to be applauded not dismissed. I roast an organic Guatemalan that has lists of bakers chocolate and marshmallows flavors. It is a decent cup of black coffee but is fantastic as an espresso in a latte with a little sugar.
