Easiest and healthier way now is to throw that old one & change to a new Filter Faucet. The water will be cleaner. The basin also very dirty with limescale, stains etc. U can use a vinegar, spray ur basin and leave it for 15mins and rinse back. It will be clean. Just fyi.✌🏻
