slow down and breathe✨🫶🏼🌞
fall is almost here, and with this season of change can come some deep feelings and big life lessons. i remind myself to listen to nature when i’m feeling lost or stuck, to flow with the energy around me and let go of the fear that i could ever be alone on this journey or lose sight of what matters.

i have been in a phase of release & expansion, and i have been pushing myself harder than ever before. with a change of pace, a change of season, a change of perspective, i can see that it is time to slow down. i’m working on getting back to basics, taking stock of & embracing all the parts of my life in this moment, focusing on the present & letting go of any ideas about what might happen next.
with guidance from the cycles of nature, i remember that i can lean in to these greater forces around me and trust that things will always come at the time they are meant to.
i am here now & i am proud of where i am. that matters.
