SLOWER It's Time To Slow Down with e instruments

Life moves at such a frantic pace and sometimes we need to be reminded to just slow down. With SLOWER ‪@e-instruments‬ helps us to do just that. Capturing an amazing array of beautiful instruments, they then sample them while playing everything back at HALF-SPEED. What this does is impart a richness and quality to the sound that only half-speed can reveal.
The playback machines range from a pristine studio two track, portable reel to reel, personal cassette player, and all the way to a vintage Dictaphone that renders each sound with lo-fi magic.

Improv 🤓 When I am getting started I let the instrument tell me where it wants to go, and then it’s off to the races. The half-speed nature of SLOWER gives the instruments a richness that is hard to explain, but it takes you into some interesting places. Thanks so much for watching.

For those that don't want to pay for this type of instrument, just use Paul's stretch, it's free. Not everyone can afford premium plugins.

Paulxstretch is great but doesn't seem like a fitting comparison at all.

Paulstretch is cool but not the same thing at all, it's not a playable instrument and doesn't include any sounds or samples so you would need to load your own. You would also then still need to load those sounds into Kontakt or something similar to make them playable. Slower not only includes sampled playable instruments which are slowed down, they're actually recorded onto 4 different types of tape machines which you can choose from. So both plugins are great but really quite different.
