This bus driver will deliberately drive 10mph under the road speed limit that's how the lu***ic ends up being late as some sort of revenge to his management after being told off for leaving a bus stop early for some pa***tic reason Arriva buses keep this driver employed any other form of transport he would have been sacked

That bus sounded like it barely exited 2nd gear it was touching the limiter at times it wanted to change but he was going so slow that it couldn't. One handed no chance not here in the West Midlands they have two hands on the wheel. I thought buses were limited to 40 or 50 or at least here in the West Midlands they maybe.

If the route is not busy. Then he can't 'speed' because he will get to his assigned next stop early! the 'routing system' (green streets?) calculates max speed between stops to be 'on time' not early. Its why sometimes they sit waiting at stops and people moan that they aren't moving!

The driver is adhering to Green Road (Arriva's telemetry system) and trying to drive smoothly to avoid getting points on that. Doing 25-26mph in a 30 or 35-36mph in a 40 etc etc is acceptable though for passenger comfort and safety.
