Do you ever feel like you’re rushing through life? Looking forward to the “next best thing” and achieving goals is the only time you feel truly fulfilled?
I do this all the time, and I have been actively trying my best to slow down, be mindful of my present moment, and acknowledge and practice gratitude towards all the amazing parts of my life rather than focus on the challenges I’m facing.
My hope for this episode is that it encourages you to allocate some of the time and energy you use on everything else in your life - to yourself! Instead of rushing through life, I hope this helps you see the benefit to slow down and truly feel and experience life. Even if it’s a difficult time. Life is meant to be experienced. Every little bit of it. ♡
