I'm 46. I have a group of friends from college that I travel with at least yearly. I found myself getting super frustrated with them about halfway through our trips. I eventually realized that it's because I need my time away from the group to just have quiet time to re-energize. That's the best discovery I could've ever made. It was not them. Jasmine is a huge ray of sunshine and is quite outgoing, but I'd honestly be exhausted being around that energy nonstop for several days. I'd definitely withdraw into my own space. It's just a difference in personalities and personal needs. There's nothing wrong with either, you just have to learn your own needs, and hopefully have friends who can understand and respect that.

Weirdly, we don't get many Americans in London. I don't know why. Considering there are 350 million of you and there are obvious cultural ties, it's surprising. It's really. really nice to see you enjoying my home city and reminds me that it's actually quite an amazing place. It's so easy to forget that. I really enjoyed seeing you having a good time in a more "normal" place like White City. That's the more typical experience for people who grew up in London, but even places like that are getting too expensive. Well done, these are fantastic vlogs. This vlog was fun and I'm happy you enjoyed yourself ❤ but I wish more Americans came to all the "urban" places in London than the tourist spots all the time like places in South London like "Brixton, Peckham, New Cross, Hackney, Shoreditch, Croydon, Lewisham, Greenwich" etc these are where you'll find many Black Londoners with different cultures and backgrounds and you'll get more of the "urban" Afro-Carribean Londoner experience different from the "Posh" stereotypical tourist places it's like me going to NYC but only going to downtown, time square and central park Nah you gotta go to the Bronx and Brooklyn for the full experience where there is many diverse Black cultures but still happy you enjoyed London and hope you can explore the deeper parts in our city where your average person actually lives other than the nice tourist areas.🙏🏾❤🇬🇧

Just a born and raised Caribbritish Londoner who enjoys watching Black American vlogs in London like some nutta 😂😂😂 I encourage visitors to visit Stratford City and Olympic village and Westfield, Alexandra Palace for the chilled view, 24hr Stokey Bagel (been there since I was a kid in the early 90s), Victoria Park Sunday food market, Isle of Dogs/Canary Wharf Go-Karts. It's weird but most Londoners avoid central tourist London with a 100ft scaffolding pole. But, during lockdowns, it was my 28 days later area to post up on a bench at the Thames, smoke couple zoots and drink a lil Uncle Wray-Wray.
