Mike, awesome info and instruction! Never thought about a wiffle ball bat and bat speed. Always used a heavy bat and cable pulls at the gym! Goanna give it a shot as you directed and report back. it is becoming harder to stay flexible in my core the older i get! stay tuned!!

Does cutting off 4-5" of a SB bat's barrel work as well as a wiffle ball bat?

@@dankelly1426 although anything lighter then your game bat would help, ZERO resistance is best … I will introduce some other training elements but first and foremost is huge hand speed gains
