Thanks for this instructional video. I personally always use the backspin release as it allows for better control. But I thought I was the only one who did this.

i always use backspin xD they always get out when I use it when they hit it it mostly grounds the ball to the infield I love it.

What are they swinging fence pipe??? That dude would eat the first pitch he throws to any of the tournaments my teams play in. Take it from someone who has been playing since i was 18 and am 38 and have taken a line drive that hit me in the dmfave at about 100mph i have three plates and 36 screws and can field the fuck out of it...,WEAR A HELMET PERIOD
