I appreciate you sharing your thoughts Soj! I’m on my 2nd year working at the schools and def loving the work life balance :) I feel very lucky for the district I work for too which caps my caseload to 55 students. And I’m also able to manage the paperwork pretty well too. And thank you so much for sharing resources! I’m still learning and continuing to try new things with students :)

thank you for posting this! I'm currently in school to teach high school but volunteered this school year with special needs little ones and fell in love with it. I'm indecisive with what I want to do, i'm between teaching little ones or being a speech path so videos like yours are perfect. Keep up the amazing work, you're making big changes for these kiddies.

The children in my preschool are also super excited for Valentine's:) I'm so surprised to hear that SLP working in a school would also have group sessions. I'm curious about what kind of activities you did for a group of 5 (sounds intense lol) Happy Valentine's!
