Have a valuable piece of farming land (bout 1 acer) near a town, lot of residential homes & businesses...outer edges of a land basin area..next to my uncle's lot where he raised his family decades ago..his house is gone now, only a vacant lot as mine now.. like to know if grandfather clause would help by being join to his vacant lot..way times are now, may not perc, way it is around here, depends on who you are or who you get to check it.
